Here's another piece of art by Chad Smith in the park near my winter home in Minnesota (BTW, there is something wrong with that statement - shouldn't I have a winter home in say, Arizona?)

What a great wood carving...
ReplyDeleteThanks for telling me about the Link not working...I put in a new one. It is apparent what I did...I guess I got in too big of a hurry.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great piece. And I'd rather winter in Minnesota than summer in Arizona - I'm not a hot weather guy.
ReplyDeletehow cute. and your opening statement made me laugh. :)
ReplyDeleteSnow birds don't typically fly north for winter.
ReplyDeletestopping in from Friday Fences, what an interesting sculpture...cute racoon tucked up in the tree.
ReplyDeleteHow whimsical! Actually I'd take a winter home in MN over AZ. Especially being retired and not having to commute in the snow. A friend from St. Paul was just saying that July is the only month you have w/o snow! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the wood carving - the details are very witty.
ReplyDeleteThose little raccoon faces peeking out are too cute! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL...Yep or maybe Fl. Love the wood carving...how cute!
ReplyDeleteArnt these sculptors clever, lovely topic
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wood sculpture.
ReplyDeletelol, that is a special piece of art. Love it. :)
ReplyDeleteNice, very nice indeed.
ReplyDeleteWell we all knew you are a kinda mixed up snow bunny. MB
ReplyDeleteHmmmm...I wonder if the Pres could carve one of those!.....:)JP
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us enjoy these awesome wood carvings.
ReplyDeleteThat's cute with the raccoon peeking out of the hole....
ReplyDeleteUm, yeah, there is something wrong with the first sentence. You know what it is already though!!!
That is one amazing and creative sculpture.
ReplyDeleteArizona sounds like a great winter retreat :)
Great wood carving. Yeah a winter home in Minnesota, that is a bit odd. I've always joked about moving to Arizona for the winter but seriously would never do it.
ReplyDeletehee hee...
