I am sharing 2 drive-by shots of barns in
Springdale, Washington today. We took a different route home from Deer Park on our last trip. It took us through some beautiful valleys and mountain areas. Definitely worth the extra time it added to our trip.

Barns Along Springdale-Hunters Road |
Happy Veteran's Day to our veterans. Thank you for your service!!
I enjoy taking alternate routes too, that's for sure. The clear blue sky is a perfect contrast to the texture of the dried grass.
ReplyDeletei love that 2nd scene. sweet cupola.
ReplyDeleteA fine looking and very large barn in the first picture. The second one has a neat style too. Thanks for the veterans wish. I'm a Korean war, Air Force has been! :-)

ReplyDeleteThe kinds of marvelous old barns found nowhere else but on back roads.
ReplyDeleteSuch fine old barns! When «Louis» used to travel to Spokane on business, he visited the tri-cities area a number of times and always enjoyed the drive through the country, seeing sights like this.
