Alpine Golf?

I don't know why but when I looked at this meadow not far from Washington Pass in the North Cascades, I thought of golf. A verdant fairway and putting green interspersed with many sand traps. I'm sure there were water hazards, too. Namely small streams and waterfalls from melting snow channeling down the steep slopes. Fore!

Alpine Golf Anyone?

    I love the lush soft meadows in contrast to the rugged mountains, but I don't see golf. Maybe because I don't play. Love the capture.

    I don't golf either, but I am pretty sure that would be an incredibly hard course to play.... but beautiful scenery to look at.
