Barn Charm - In Town Charmer

Right across from the grocery store in New York Mills, Minnesota is this barn. It's for sale - no pasture, needs a few repairs (okay ALOT of repairs!) but just think of the possibilities.

  2. It would make a great art studio and/or a store. I hope someone buys it and fixes it up.

  4. Nice! Right across from the grocery store would make it a perfect candidate to be fixed up for some kind of business like a flower shop, or antique shop, or an art gallery--the possibilities are endless. Hopefully someone will treasure it.

  7. Definitely has potential to be saved if someone was so inclined to do so! It's beautiful, now, but repairs & paint would just spice up the beauty

  12. A fine barn shot. This barn looks repairable and could exist a long time with some proper care. Nice one.
