Right across from the grocery store in New York Mills, Minnesota is this barn. It's for sale - no pasture, needs a few repairs (okay ALOT of repairs!) but just think of the possibilities.
Nice! Right across from the grocery store would make it a perfect candidate to be fixed up for some kind of business like a flower shop, or antique shop, or an art gallery--the possibilities are endless. Hopefully someone will treasure it.
It definitely has seen better days!
ReplyDeleteIt is wonderful! I hope somebody fixes it up.
ReplyDeleteIt would make a great art studio and/or a store. I hope someone buys it and fixes it up.
ReplyDeletea sweet one, for sure.
ReplyDeleteI hope someone buys it and shows it some love. Great barn!

ReplyDeleteThat would be a great building for an antique shop/flea market!
ReplyDeletehope whoever buys it fixes it up instead of tearing it down
ReplyDeleteDefinitely has potential to be saved if someone was so inclined to do so! It's beautiful, now, but repairs & paint would just spice up the beauty
ReplyDeleteSo glad you joined =)
I could just see someone fixing it up as a house! Wouldn't that be fun! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's just the way a barn should look (if it were fixed up)...
ReplyDeleteThat's a great barn! I think it would make a cool home.
ReplyDeletegood bones - needs some TLC ... but so great. ( :
ReplyDeleteA fine barn shot. This barn looks repairable and could exist a long time with some proper care. Nice one.
ReplyDeleteIf someone would start with a new roof it could last many more years. Great barn! : )
ReplyDeleteI could certainly envision a restaurant with a little tlc and some sweat & tears.
