TwoFer Tuesday - Corvettes

I actually saw more than two Corvettes this past Saturday, but thought I would share an early C1 (I forgot to check the year but I believe it is a 1959 or 1960) and a 2009 C6 in Atomic Orange. Yes, I have an unabashed preference for the C6 since it lives in our garage.

There were over 90 Corvettes at the show in Wenatchee, Washington, a record turnout! The weather was spectacular to boot!

  4. Yours is pretty but I like the older models. My Dad had one and the engine blew while we were out cruising.

  7. Oh how lucky to have that in your garage. These ones are beautiful...we went to the Corvette plant in Bowling Green KY. I guess it's still there, that was a while ago. If it is you can probably still see where we drooled on the floor in envy.

  8. Nice cars. You know the European sports cars are cool but the ultimate American Car will always be the Corvette. Nothing else even comes close.
