Friday's Fences - The Eagle and Raccoons

Here's another piece of art by Chad Smith in the park near my winter home in Minnesota (BTW, there is something wrong with that statement - shouldn't I have a winter home in say, Arizona?)

The Eagle & Raccoons

Check out the details!

  1. Thanks for telling me about the Link not working...I put in a new one. It is apparent what I did...I guess I got in too big of a hurry.

  2. That's a great piece. And I'd rather winter in Minnesota than summer in Arizona - I'm not a hot weather guy.

  6. How whimsical! Actually I'd take a winter home in MN over AZ. Especially being retired and not having to commute in the snow. A friend from St. Paul was just saying that July is the only month you have w/o snow! :-)

  18. Great wood carving. Yeah a winter home in Minnesota, that is a bit odd. I've always joked about moving to Arizona for the winter but seriously would never do it.

«Louis» is kicking himself for not taking a photo of a carved bear he saw yesterday when he was on his trip through the hills down the San Francisco Peninsula and across to Pescadero. After seeing this, he kicked himself once more!
