No Calories Here!
Our snowmobile club provided lunch as a fundraiser for our local Chamber of Commerce last week. I wanted to include a dessert as part of the lunch and came across a Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake recipe on Chef Chloe's website. What can I say but delicious! And they are vegan which pleased a couple of the chamber members. But don't let the vegan label scare you - these are not made with eggs or any animal-based dairy products but you'd never know it. This recipe was the first vegan recipe to win on the Food Network's Cupcake Wars show. Try 'em, you'll like 'em!

Looks good to me.
ReplyDeleteI looked at the recipe and it sounds yummy. But then I remembered I am trying not to buy stuff I won't use all up before we leave -- I can't get used to not taking my house with me everywhere I go.
